1. Agreement to terms
By accessing jenniferfaust.com, purchasing my services or digital products, or engaging with my coaching programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use my website or services.
2. Services offered
Jenn Faust, Health Coaching offers the following services and products:
• One-on-one health and wellness coaching (virtual)
• Online courses and digital educational products
• Free resources, including the Midlife Energy Reset Quiz and email content
3. Not medical advice
The content on this website and all coaching services provided by Jenn Faust, Health Coaching are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in my coaching programs constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical care.
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), not a licensed medical doctor, dietitian, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare professional. My role is to serve as a mentor and guide to help you set and achieve your own health and wellness goals.
If you are under the care of a healthcare professional or currently use prescription medications, please consult your doctor before making any dietary or lifestyle changes. Do not discontinue any prescribed medications without first consulting your doctor.
4. One-on-one coaching terms
Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled in advance and will end at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time. If you need to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of that session without opportunity to reschedule, unless agreed otherwise.
Payments
Payment is due at the first session of each month. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Pricing is as stated in your individual coaching agreement.
Cancellations and refunds
If you withdraw from a coaching program for any reason, you are responsible for the pro rata share of services already delivered, plus a cancellation fee of $50. I reserve the right to cancel a coaching engagement if I determine it is not in the best interest of either party, in which case you are only responsible for the pro rata share of services received.
5. Digital products and online courses
All sales of digital products and online courses are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not offered once a product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact me at jenn@jenniferfaust.com, and I will work to resolve it.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in my programs — including text, graphics, quiz content, email content, course materials, and digital downloads — is the intellectual property of Jenn Faust, Health Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use my content for commercial purposes without my written permission.
Personal, non-commercial use of my free content (such as sharing a blog post or quiz result) is permitted with appropriate credit.
7. Personal responsibility
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own health, well-being, and the decisions you make during and after any coaching program or use of my content. You expressly assume all risks associated with implementing any suggestions, habits, or lifestyle changes discussed in coaching or presented in my content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenn Faust, Health Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, my services, or my digital products. My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.
9. Confidentiality
All personal information you share during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party unless required by law.
10. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or my services shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association. The sole remedy available in arbitration is a refund of fees paid. These terms shall be construed according to Texas law.
11. Changes to these terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of my website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
